Adriano Morini, founder and Team Owner of Draco Team, he begins his story in the world of the motoring in 1971. When he was young, he left for England, which at that time it was the homeland of the motoring, and after two years and a profound experience on tyres and single-seater chassis, he returned in Italy and he began his career as a engineer of car frame and technical preparer in the F3 Championship.
In 1974 he created his own team of Formula Ford with a greek driver, G. Aposkins, and at the end of the championship he is the second absolute. In 1976 he returned to England, where he worked as technical expertise in the English Team F3 official Lola BP. He returned in 1979 in Italy, he created the 'Team Morini F3' and he participated in the Italian and European Championship with prominent drivers like M. Baldi and E. Coloni.
In 1983 he founded with a partner the "Arno Team" in Florence, in honour of the river that flows in the city and he began to build his car, white and blue, with a futuristic aerodynamic never seen until then. In 1984 he participated in the Italian F3 Championship, achieving victories and podiums.
The magic of single-seater grows increasingly, with the experience and quality of Adriano Morini and the meeting in 1989 with Nadia Segreti, who has talents in business, in organizing the team and to create a new image. Draco Racing was born and this working relationship, passion for motor racing and life in common still continues, after 16 years. Today Nadia Segreti is Ms Morini and she is Team Manager and Financial Director of Draco.
Many adventures unite these two people, at work and in private life. Together they won 7 European Championships, together they have brought their 8 Drivers in F1. They have built a team that is one of the most popular in Italy and Europe in their category. Together they set up a "family", in which their drivers are an integral part.
